I took international politics as an easy option not knowing what it would be but I have to say that it was the most interesting course I had in this semester. Very interesting way of presenting information, with the students creating a presentation and following with your explanation. But what is most important when teaching politics in my opinion is to be objective and not put your own subjective view instead of objective observation and you did that perfectly. Thank you for the lessons.

This was my first International Politics course, I chose it out of personal interest and it was my favorite of the semester. First of all, I really liked the structure of the course (one presentation per week followed by questions), I think it makes the course very interactive. There was a very good class atmosphere, with lots of student participation.
Secondly, Professor Luo is very knowledgeable and gives a firm and honest opinion, which is appreciated in geopolitics. I didn’t know much about geopolitics and I managed to follow the course without any problem and I learned a lot.
I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in international politics.

I think that this class was one of the most interesting I had taken this semester. It developed my general culture and critical thinking. In addition, I would like to confirm that the group discussions are really useful. As an exchange student that grew up in a different environment, it was a pleasure to be able to discuss further with my Taiwanese friends. My team members were always listening and helping me to express myself in addition to teaching me theories, authors or historical facts different from the ones I could’ve learn in France.
The teacher makes the class even more interesting as she is a well of knowledge. She always made sure that the knowledge or information she shared was understood by all, as well as giving us examples or justifications to help us draw clear conclusions. I also really appreciated that the teacher was pushing students to think by themselves and come up with our own answers.
I really enjoyed this class, and I definitely learned a lot throughout this last semester.
